The company «Λυκ. Κάββαλ. Μονοπρόσωπη ΕΠΕ» was found to have not declared withheld taxes worth 3717€ during its tax returns for the year 2010, a sum which would have been returned to the company had it reported losses during that year. This error was discovered in May of 2015 during the course of our client’s inspection of the company. As a period of three years had passed since the event, the tax office stipulated that the sum was not returnable.
Outcome:
The sum of 3.717€ was returned in full.
