Case:<\/strong> On 7\/7\/2017, my client sent me an email requesting the immediate hiring of an employee. Due to my oversight, the hiring was not completed, resulting in the employee being uninsured during a subsequent check by the Social Security Organization (\u03a0\u0395\u039a\u0391). The imposed fine on the business amounted to \u20ac9,197 for an uninsured employee under the age of 25 and \u20ac500 for not keeping a personnel record, with the possibility of reduction if paid on time.<\/p>\n

Result:<\/strong> Claim for \u20ac6,787, as the corresponding reduction was applied. Fully compensated.<\/p>\n
